Pantarai
Transforming Trade Flows
A full brand identity and website for a white-glove loan closing firm built by the people who wrote the category's playbook.

- Acquired by SRS Acquiom
- $225M+managed loan portfolio
- 375%growth in EMEA
The challenge
Pantarai launched into a market where trust is the product. Three founders with 100+ years of combined loan market experience were starting a firm that handles primary, secondary, par and distressed assets for investment firms — work where a single closing error is expensive. They had no name in the market, no mark, and no place to send a prospective client. The brand had to signal institutional credibility from day one, next to logos like Bank of America, J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs and S&P Global.
What we did
We built the identity around flow. The mark is a triangle cut by a river-like channel — skill, flow and transformation compressed into one shape that works as an app icon and as a full-bleed brand element. A deep institutional blue palette, a single clean geometric sans, and a triangular pattern system give the firm range without ornament. Then we wrote and designed the site: a single scrolling page that opens on "Transforming Trade Flows," states the firm's expertise plainly, puts the numbers and the client logos above the team, and closes on one contact line. No stock-photo boardrooms, no filler.
The consequence
Pantarai launched with a complete identity system and live site: $225M+ in managed loan portfolio, $21M+ in pipeline generated, $5M+ in annual revenue through enhanced data feeds derisking over 1.4M trades, and 375% growth in EMEA. Pantarai was recently acquired by SRS Acquiom.
The work itself.

Scored on the
consequential triangle.
- Defensibility
- 100+ years of combined loan market experience is not a claim a competitor can copy.
- Indispensability
- White-glove closing keeps fixed operational cost off the client's balance sheet — remove it and the trade slows.
- Talkability
- "Transforming trade flows" gives the market a phrase, and the mark gives it a shape.
