Gladskin

Reimagining Inflammatory Skincare

Biotech for eczema explained in human terms — microbiome science turned into relief people could feel and describe.

Gladskin — Reimagining Inflammatory Skincare
  • Science made plain
  • Condition-first messaging
  • Physician credibility

The challenge

Real science, invisible benefit. The technology was genuinely differentiated and completely unintelligible to the people who needed it.

What we did

We led with the condition, not the chemistry: language patients recognized from their own lives, with the microbiome science positioned as the reason it works.

The consequence

Physicians had something they could explain in a consult and customers had something they could describe to a friend.

The work itself.

Scored on the
consequential triangle.

Talkability
Relief described in plain language travels between sufferers.
Defensibility
Patented biotech is the hardest kind of moat to copy.
Indispensability
When something finally works on a chronic condition, nobody switches back.
