Fissler
The Haus of Performance
Cookware sells heritage and chefs. Our research said people wanted pans that perform — so we built a German performance brand instead.

- Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Williams Sonoma
- U.S. launch platform
- Performance repositioning
The challenge
Fissler is a German cookware brand in business since 1862 and sold globally, tasked with launching in the U.S. — securing national distribution with key customers while building consumer awareness from a standing start.
What we did
Primary research showed the category's real complaints were durability and fundamentals: food burning, food sticking. Yet the category promised heritage and chef endorsements, never performance. We positioned Fissler on culinary performance with its German origin front and center — a bullet-proof anchor. Then we shifted the look away from white kitchens, white women and celebrity faces toward something edgier and more dramatic, closer to the category German performance already owns: luxury sports cars. The creative platform, "The Haus of Performance," gave each sub-brand its own visual lens, launching with M5 Pro-Ply.
The consequence
Launched at the Inspired Home Show in Chicago, securing new customers including Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus and Williams Sonoma. Advertising and organic social launch in late 2025.
The work itself.

Scored on the
consequential triangle.
- Talkability
- "Up to 500°F in 60 seconds" is a claim people repeat.
- Defensibility
- German engineering since 1862 is not a borrowable position.
- Indispensability
- A pan that performs every night is the one nobody replaces.
Your turn.
